  • DO NOT COME WITH EYE CONTACTS OF ANY KIND
IF YOU ARE WEARING CONTACTS TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, I WILL ASK YOU TO REMOVE THEM.
  • PLEASE NO MAKEUP UPON ARRIVAL
Although a cleansing on your lashes is protocol, but any extra makeup residue or lash glue from eyelash strips takes time out of your appointment to thoroughly remove. I'd advise to coming with a fresh face :)
  • SET ASIDE ENOUGH TIME FOR THE APPOINTMENT & TRY TO ARRIVE ON TIME
To ensure that I can appropriately lash you, Please set time aside in your day for your appointment. At most 3 hours, in case things take longer than expected.
  • Upon arrival
For new clients, It's Mandatory consent forms are signed before the service is performed We will start with a consultation, and go over your preferred style type & decide what works best for you!
  • Prepping your lashes
-Lash shampooing & Priming. This step is not only super important for the health of your lashes and eye area but also great for a longer retention. THE CLEANER THE BETTER!
  • Taping
Using Hypo-allergenic gel pads & medical grade sensitive skin tape, I tape your bottom lashes down to prevent your top lashes from getting glued to your bottoms.
  • Now I work my magic!
The process will take about 2-2 1/2, so just make sure to keep your eyes closed while I'm doing your lashes.
  • What are lash extensions?
Eyelash extensions are Semi-permanent synthetic lashes. Your natural lashes are individually isolated and an extension is glued to your lash. Unlike strip lashes, lash extensions can be very customizable and look very real.
  • How long do they last?
they should last 3+ weeks or until they naturally fall off like your natural lashes would. Lash cycles play a huge role in the time span of extensions & lash lifts, as like the hair on our head our lashes grow and shed at different stages!
  • What are Lash cycles?
Our lashes follow a natural growth cycle that last about 2-3 months. How does lash growth actually work? and What does it have to do with extensions? The eyelash life cycle consists of three phases & each individual lash has it's own cycle. If all of our lashes were following the same cycle, they would fall out at the same time: Anagen This is the phase where your lashes are growing. They will normally only grow to a certain length, and the process lasts between 30 and 45 days Catagen When the lashes have reached their designated lengths, they stop growing and the hair follicle begins to shrink. If an eyelash fall out or is being plucked during this phase, it won't start growing back until the phase has run its course. Normally within 2-3 weeks. Telogen This is the longest phase of the life cycle, and it typically lasts more than 100 days. The eyelash will eventually fall out during the telogen phase, and normally a lash is already growing to replace it. *It's hard to determine when the lash is ready to fall in this phase, so if you notice an extension fall w/ a natural lash it's completely fine. The lash naturally fell out.
  • Do not get your lashes wet for the first 24 hours
During this period the glue is curing and any water contact could affect the retention span
  • NO OIL BASED PRODUCTS NEAR THE EYES
Only use Oil-free face products Including face cleansers, makeup & makeup removers. Oil eventually starts to break down the glue causing increased fallout. We don't want that
  • CLEAN YOUR LASHES!
After the 24 hr period it is mandatory to clean your lashes on a daily basis. Use the provided lash shampoo or the instructed alternative. Remember, Clean lashes are healthy, long-lasting lashes!
  • Avoid rubbing your lashes!
The more pulling/tugging & rubbing against the lashes will cause fallout and can even damage your natural lashes. Please just use your spoolie to brush your lashes.
  • Don't sleep on your face!
I know it's hard to control the position you sleep in. But cotton from your pillow causes the lashes to get pulled throughout the night. Try to use satin (silk) pillowcases or get a small pillow to put in the crevice of your neck to help prevent from falling on your face.
  • 3 day policy
I offer a 3 day free fix policy. Should anything happen to your lashes during the first 72 hrs you have to contact me during that time period so I can fix w/ no charge.
