Cancellation Policy

All clients must cancel or reschedule the appointment at least 24 hours before the appointment time to qualify for a refundable deposit . Same day cancellations will result in a reschedule, if you're unable to reschedule the deposit will be kept. If I were to cancel same day, the option to reschedule is available or if you're unable to, your deposit will be refunded. Hassle free.
